India, Oct. 17 -- There's a rare calm about Diana Penty - the kind that comes from a deep-rooted self-assurance. The kind that instantly puts everyone around her at ease. It can be a problem; she laughs as she tells me a common misconception: "That I'm too reserved and distant. I'm actually quite the opposite once people get to know me-it just takes me a little time to open up. I think people often mistake shyness for aloofness," she smiles.
