Sri Lanka, Aug. 7 -- The Speaker, Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne, endorsed the certificate on the Companies (Amendment) Bill on 04 August and accordingly, the Companies (Amendment) Act No. 12 of 2025 is now enacted.
