New Delhi, July 24 -- At the Washington AI Summitthis Wednesday, US President Donald Trump launched a pointed rebuke against American tech giants, accusing them of engaging in "radical globalism" by manufacturing in China, recruiting staff from India, and shifting profits to Ireland.
He warned that such practices "left millions of Americans feeling distrustful and betrayed," and declared: "Under President Trump, those days are over".
Speaking directly to Silicon Valley and broader tech leadership, Trump emphasised the escalating competition in artificial intelligence, urging them to demonstrate "a new spirit of patriotism and national loyalty."
