Tamil Nadu, March 27 -- Tamil Nadu has solidified its position as India's top exporter of electronics, achieving a record shipment value of USD 12.62 billion in the first 11 months of the current fiscal year, according to data from NIRYAT (National Import-Export Record for Yearly Analysis of Trade).

This accounts for 37.09 per cent of India's total electronics exports, which stood at USD 34.02 billion from April 2024 to February 2025.

Industry analysts predict that Tamil Nadu is on course to achieve USD 20-22 billion in annual electronics exports by 2027-28.
