Jammu, May 24 -- Krishan Pal Gurjar, Minister of State (MoS), Ministry of Power & Heavy Industries said that Rs.12000 crore has been granted to Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory for the creation and upgradation of power infrastructure to ensure that uninterrupted power supply is provided to the industrial sector.
Interacting the members of Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) led by President Lalit Mahajan, the MoS assured the delegation to resolve the issues related to the industrial sector as early as possible for speedy industrial growth in UT of J&K.
Welcoming the minister, Mahajan, highlighted the grant of fiscal incentives of Rs 28,400 crore for the industrial sector of J&K.
