New Delhi, Oct. 21 -- The upcoming Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2025 is expected to generate more than Rs 1,800 crore in fresh investment commitments for India's bioenergy sector, the Indian Biogas Association (IBA) said on Sunday.

In a statement, the association noted that biogas will be the central focus at this year's event, highlighting its growing importance in India's transition towards green growth.

The three-day expo, scheduled from October 30 to November 1, 2025, at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, aims to showcase the sector's expansion and investment potential.
