New Delhi, Dec. 30 -- Ola Electric on Tuesday said its electric motorcycle Roadster X+ has received required certification from International Centre for Automotive Technology (iCAT).

The approval paves way for the EV maker to start deliveries of the electric bike powered by the company's in-house developed 4680 Bharat cell battery pack.

A company spokesperson said that the government certification of the Roadster X+ is a major milestone in Ola Electric's journey towards building end-to-end EV technology in India.
