New Delhi, Aug. 27 -- Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need to shift from a price-focused strategy to one driven by quality, competitiveness, and technology adoption to effectively integrate into global value chains, a senior government official said on Tuesday, as reported by Business Standard.
"MSMEs are the true engines of growth, contributing over 30 percent to GDP, 45 percent to exports, and employing more than 28 crore people, particularly in tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
