New Delhi, May 22 -- The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) has established a collaboration with the Patent Office of Denmark under the Support for Commercialisation of IP programme (MSME-SCIP) to streamline intellectual property rights acquisition for Indian MSMEs.
The partnership aims to address longstanding challenges in technology transfer and IP protection that have historically limited innovation access for smaller enterprises.
Through the ministry's network of Intellectual Property Facilitation Centres, the collaboration will establish structured processes for MSMEs to acquire patents, trademarks, and technology licenses.
