Bhopal, Sept. 16 -- The Madhya Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board in collaboration with the Handlooms Development Corporation and Sericulture Directorate has launched Handloom-on-Wheels bus in Bhopal on Thursday.
The primary aim of this initiative is to promote handloom products of artisans from Madhya Pradesh. Handloom on Wheel bus will operate in Bhopal and Indore for 15 days each.
The bus was flagged off by Anubha Shrivastava, commissioner, handlooms and handicrafts, mountaineer Megha Parmar and artisans at Bhopal Haat in the city. In Indore, it will be launched today.
