Lucknow, Feb. 6 -- The issue of uneven implementation of judicial e-governance came into sharp focus recently after Dr. Lakshmi Kant Bajpayee, Member of Parliament, raised a question in the Parliament highlighting that the facility of e-filing has not yet been made functional in the Allahabad High Court, despite clear directions from the Supreme Court.

The matter has renewed concerns within the industry, particularly among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), over delays and procedural bottlenecks in access to justice.
