New Delhi, Feb. 3 -- The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and the European Commission's Directorate-General for Communication Networks, Content and Technology (DG CONNECT) on Tuesday signed an Administrative Arrangement on Advanced Electronic Signatures and Seals. The agreement, signed by MeitY Secretary and DG CONNECT Director-General, aims to enhance India-European Union (EU) digital cooperation by enabling interoperability of electronic signatures, electronic seals, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems, in line with Indian and EU laws.
