Ludhiana, Feb. 20 -- In a groundbreaking development for Ludhiana's small business sector, the District Administrative Complex (DAC) will house a first-of-its-kind outlet dedicated to showcasing and selling products from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and self-help groups (SHGs).
This initiative aligns with the Centre's 'One District One Product' program and supports the broader 'Make in India' campaign.
Deputy Commissioner Jitendra Jorwal has authorised the establishment of a specialised kiosk within the DAC premises, allocating Rs 15 lakh for its development.
The facility, which will eventually be operated by a private entity, aims to provide a dedicated platform for local enterprises to market their products.
