New Delhi, Sept. 29 -- Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will inaugurate the fourth edition of the Kautilya Economic Conclave (KEC) on October 3.

Organised by the Institute of Economic Growth, the three-day event will run from October 3 to 5 under the theme 'Seeking Prosperity in Turbulent Times' and is expected to bring together 75 speakers from more than 30 countries.

The ministry said the theme is significant in the context of India's growth aspirations and its resilience in navigating global uncertainty, turbulence, and shifting geopolitics.

Discussions will cover Asia's rise as a growth hub, the evolving BRICS framework, financial stability, and industrial policy.
