New Delhi, Nov. 19 -- Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal today said the government's performance has evolved from Virasat to Vikas and then Vishwaas, noting that a politics rooted in trust is propelling India toward the goal of becoming a developed nation.
Goyal also outlined five expectations from industry bodies, calling for closer audits of advocacy outcomes, setting more ambitious goals, studying global models such as those of Korea and Sweden, mentoring future generations and expanding outreach beyond major cities to support businesses in remote regions.
He noted, "Industry bodies should not remain confined to elite business circles but must widen their engagement to support growth across the country."
