New Delhi, June 17 -- India makes its first appearance at VivaTech in Paris and it has featured as the country of the year .

While addressing the Indian pavilion,Ashwini Vaishnaw, the Union Minister for IT and Telecom said that the combination of a billion smartphones and bank accounts coupled with over billions of digital identities have created unique use cases of technological advancement in India.
