New Delhi, Sept. 24 -- India's contribution to the US economy through its skilled workforce, and the scope for greater cooperation in clean energy, were highlighted on Wednesday, against the backdrop of Washington's decision to impose a one-time USD 100,000 fee on new H-1B visa applicants.
