Panipat, July 21 -- L&T Energy GreenTech (LTEG), a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro (L&T), announced plans to establish India's largest green hydrogen production facility at Indian Oil Corporation's (IOCL) Panipat refinery in Haryana. The announcement was made through a company filing on Monday.
The facility will be developed under a build-own-operate (BOO) model and is designed to supply 10,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually to IOCL over a 25-year period.
The project represents a significant milestone in India's renewable energy sector and supports the government's National Green Hydrogen Mission objectives.
