New Delhi, March 15 -- India is set to exceed $800 billion in exports this year, with services exports playing a crucial role, Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal announced on Thursday.

Addressing Export Promotion Councils (EPCs) and industry associations, Goyal reaffirmed the government's commitment to supporting exporters while safeguarding national interests.

The minister praised the resilience of Indian exporters, urging them to leverage global challenges as opportunities for growth.
