New Delhi, March 21 -- India has introduced a stringent licensing framework for companies seeking access to the world's most affordable Graphics Processing Units (GPUs), priced at just Rs 67 per hour.

This initiative ensures that only companies with robust credentials and compliance history can utilise these resources efficiently.

To oversee this process, the government has established a new regulatory body-the Department of GPU Allocation (DOGA).
