Hyderabad, Nov. 3 -- The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Secretary Sanjay Jaju on Saturday announced that Hyderabad will soon host a regional centre of the Indian Institute of Creative Technologies (IICT), aimed at bolstering growth in India's gaming, animation and digital entertainment sectors.

Speaking at the WAVES Animation Bazaar and the 8th IndiaJoy 2025 at HICC, Hitex, the Secretary said, "The Indian Institute of Creative Technologies - the first of its kind - will be set up across India, with one of its campuses coming up soon in Hyderabad."
