IIA ties with MDL to promote vendors and startups in UP

New Delhi, Jan. 15 -- Indian Industries Association (IIA) has tied up with the Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) to promote vendors and startups in Uttar Pradesh (UP) who can supply products and equipments to MDL for building warships, submarines and merchant ships etc.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL), aptly called Ship Builder to the Nation, is one of Indias leading Defence public sector undertaking shipyard under the Ministry of Defence. The main activities of MDL are construction of warships and submarines with facilities situated at Mumbai and Nhava.

MDL have the capability to build warships, submarines, merchant ships upto 40,000 DWT since 1979.
