New Delhi, July 9 -- Hyundai Motor India, in partnership with IIT Madras and Guidance Tamil Nadu, on Tuesday revealed the design of the Hyundai HTWO Innovation Centre - a cutting-edge hydrogen research hub to be established in Chennai.
The facility will be located at IIT Madras' Discovery Satellite Campus in Thaiyur and was officially unveiled by Tamil Nadu's Minister for Industries, Thiru TRB Rajaa.
Spread across 65,000 square feet, the innovation centre will focus on advanced hydrogen technologies. It will feature high-tech laboratories for both experimental and computational research, pilot-scale testing areas for electrolysers and fuel cells, and dedicated spaces for demonstrating containerised hydrogen applications.
