New Delhi, Dec. 27 -- The Ministry of Finance has extended the anti-dumping duty on imports of 2-Ethyl Hexanol originating from the European Union, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan and the United States till June 26, 2026, to protect domestic manufacturers from unfairly priced imports.

The extension was notified on December 25, 2025, amending an earlier 2021 notification. The duty will continue at rates of up to USD 29.61 per metric tonne for imports from the US, with lower base rates applicable to other subject countries.
