New Delhi, Aug. 22 -- The Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) is actively promoting the growth and development of food processing industries across India through a range of incentive-based schemes.
These include two Central Sector Schemes - Pradhan Mantri Kisan SAMPADA Yojana (PMKSY) and Production Linked Incentive Scheme for Food Processing Industry (PLISFPI) - and a Centrally Sponsored Scheme, PM Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME).
All three schemes are demand-driven and implemented nationwide, including in Bihar, providing financial, technical, and business support to entrepreneurs in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector.
