New Delhi, Aug. 23 -- The country's traders including the small retailers have urged the Finance Ministry to extend last date for filing annual GST return in Form GSTR 9 as they find it quite complicated .
The traders' apex body Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) in a communication sent to Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has urged for extension of last date for filing annual GST return in Form GSTR 9.
The last date for filing such return is August 31, 2019.
CAIT National President B C Bhartia & Secretary General Praveen Khandelwal, while demanding the extension, said the prescribed Form GSTR 9 for filing annual return is still very complicated.
