New Delhi, Dec. 9 -- Most automakers saw their electric vehicle sales surging in the month of November 2025 on the back of robust demand post GST rate cut.

As per data released by Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) on Tuesday, electric vehicle sales across various categories recorded a sharp increase year-on-year in November.

Electric passenger vehicle sales grew nearly 62% year-on-year to 14,850 units in November 2025 as compared to 9,174 units in the same month last year. Among the companies which saw impressive sales during this period included Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, JSW MG Motor, Mahindra & Mahindra and Kia India.
