New Delhi, Sept. 16 -- With the aim to create an industry-ready workforce to support the multifaceted and expeditiously growing EV ecosystem in Delhi, the state government is coming out with a skill development training for EV mechanics.
As per reports, the Delhi skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) is responsible for designing the course structure and curriculum of the programme.
This initiative by the state government will help create green jobs in Delhi.
The state government is aiming to train 100 students in basic and advanced EV mechanics every year. The students will also be provided with internship and apprenticeship opportunities.
