New Delhi, Dec. 15 -- The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has released the 40th monthly report on the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for States and Union Territories for November 2025.

The report presents a detailed assessment of grievance registrations, disposals, pendency, user engagement, and capacity-building initiatives across States and UTs.

During November 2025, States and UTs received 60,450 public grievance (PG) cases, while 70,598 cases were redressed, reflecting a notable improvement in disposal rates compared to October.
