Lucknow, Nov. 15 -- Claiming that a businessman is not afraid of paying tax but of harassment, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said the Commercial Tax Department should help traders in filing returns and applying for refunds
He suggested that the Commercial Tax Department should conduct awareness drives to help traders in filing returns and applying for refunds.
Adityanath recently held a review meeting of the zonal additional commissioners of the department at his residence.
He asked the officials to regularly monitor work.
The UP CM suggested that the awareness drive for traders can be carried out by taking help of the Traders Welfare Board.
