New Delhi, Aug. 22 -- The Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) has recommended the imposition of anti-dumping duties for five years on imports of acrylic fibre and liquid epoxy resins, citing injury to domestic manufacturers from low-priced imports.
For acrylic fibre, duties ranging from USD 920 to USD 34 per metric tonne have been suggested on shipments from China, Thailand, and Peru, depending on the country of origin and manufacturer.
Imports of liquid epoxy resin from China, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, and Thailand would attract duties between USD 34 and USD 286 per metric tonne.
