New Delhi, Feb. 20 -- Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming India's micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), moving beyond large corporations and tech startups to become a critical enabler of productivity, innovation and global competitiveness, according to an article released by the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII).

As the backbone of India's economy, MSMEs are increasingly leveraging AI to streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, enhance customer engagement and make data-driven decisions.
