New Delhi, Sept. 29 -- Union Minister of MSME, Jitan Ram Manjhi, highlighted that micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are vital drivers of employment and economic growth in India.

Speaking at MSME Seva Parv-2025: Virasat se Vikas in Varanasi, he stressed the need to strengthen the MSME sector, not only to create jobs but also to empower communities and preserve traditional heritage.

The three-day event, being held till September 30, aims to connect citizens, institutions, and artisans under the theme of service, development, and cultural pride.

During the inauguration, Manjhi opened an exhibition with around 130 stalls, featuring locally crafted artisan products and traditional goods.
