Afghanistan, May 18 -- Mohammed Sinwar, brother of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, was killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting Gaza, reports confirm.
On Sunday, May 28, Arab media confirmed that Mohammed Sinwar, the brother of slain Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, was killed in an Israeli airstrike in southern Gaza. The attack targeted an underground Hamas command center beneath the European Hospital in Khan Younis, where Sinwar was reportedly hiding.
According to Gaza's Health Ministry, at least 28 people were killed and dozens more injured in the strike. The operation also resulted in the deaths of Sinwar's deputy, Mohammad Shabana, and Hamas spokesman Abu Obeidah.
