Afghanistan, Nov. 18 -- The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to review the Trump administration's policy that blocks migrants from requesting asylum before crossing the southern border.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear the Trump administration's defense of a policy that would allow authorities to turn back migrants before they step onto U.S. soil to request asylum. The case adds a new legal battle to a series of aggressive immigration measures introduced since Donald Trump returned to the White House in January.
