Afghanistan, April 15 -- Over 300 civilians, including aid workers, were killed in two days of clashes in North Darfur, Sudan, reports the UN.

A spokesperson for the United Nations announced that, based on initial reports from local sources, over 300 civilians, including 10 staff members from the humanitarian organization Relief International, were killed during clashes on Friday and Saturday around the refugee camps in North Darfur, Sudan.

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) also reported that between 60,000 to 80,000 households, equating to approximately 400,000 people, were displaced after Rapid Support Forces (RSF) took control of the Zamzam camp in North Darfur.
