Afghanistan, Feb. 24 -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made an emotional appeal to former US President Donald Trump on Monday, urging him to "stay on our side" as the war continues.
Speaking at the Presidential Palace in Kyiv ahead of the fourth anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion, Zelensky stressed that the United States is too powerful and important to withdraw support for Ukraine, CNN reported on Tuesday, Febraury 24.
"They have to stay with . a democratic country which is fighting against one person. Because this person is a war," Zelensky told CNN.
