Afghanistan, Oct. 25 -- UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Friday urged European leaders in London to rapidly unlock frozen Russian state assets to secure sustainable defence funding for Ukraine.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer urged European leaders to finalise and operationalise plans to use frozen Russian state assets to support Ukraine's defence. He delivered the appeal at a high-level European meeting in London focused on securing long-term funding for Kyiv.
