Afghanistan, Nov. 8 -- The United Arab Emirates has dispatched a joint relief team and air bridge to assist victims of the recent earthquake in northern Afghanistan.
The United Arab Emirates has deployed a humanitarian team to northern Afghanistan following President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan's directive to aid those affected by the recent deadly earthquake.
According to the state news agency WAM, the mission includes representatives from the Joint Operations Command, the Emirates Red Crescent, and the UAE's humanitarian aid agency to conduct on-ground assessments and coordinate relief efforts.
