Afghanistan, Dec. 3 -- U.S. senators urged Americans not to blame Afghan refugees for the Washington shooting case, saying Rahmanullah Lakanwal's alleged actions are individual.

Four U.S. Democratic senators have urged the Trump administration and the American public not to blame the wider Afghan refugee community for the actions of Rahmanullah Lakanwal, who is accused of shooting two National Guard members near the White House. The senators said the Afghan-American community has already condemned the attack.
