Afghanistan, Dec. 21 -- Turkey on Sunday, Dcember 21, handed over the second MILGEM-class warship, PNS Khaibar, to Pakistan at a ceremony in Istanbul, marking another step in defence cooperation between the two countries.
Turkey has delivered the second MILGEM-class warship, PNS Khaibar, to Pakistan at a formal ceremony in Istanbul, underscoring deepening defence and industrial cooperation between the two close allies.
The handover was attended by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Pakistan Navy Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf. Erdogan described Pakistan-Turkey relations as "brotherly and exemplary" and said Ankara was eager to expand bilateral cooperation, particularly in joint defence production.
