U.S. President Donald Trump's special envoy to Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, arrived in Kyiv on Monday to hold talks on military aid, security cooperation, and sanctions against Russia.
Andriy Yermak, head of the Ukrainian presidential administration, said on Telegram that discussions would focus on "defense, weapons, sanctions, protection of citizens, and deeper U.S.-Ukraine cooperation."
