Tourism only may help Bamyan province to have a self-sufficient economy
Afghanistan, Aug. 16 -- Bamyan province located in the central parts of Afghanistan is home to historic and old cities as well as touristic attractions which could help the province achieve economic self-sufficiency.
The residents of Bamyan province do not have a proper economic condition as agriculture is the occupation of the majority of the residents of the province but the lack of sufficient agricultural fields and cold weather remains a major barrier.
However, Bamyan has a major potential in the field of tourism although the authorities have not paid the much-needed attention to improve the industry in this historic province.
