Afghanistan, April 26 -- The third round of U.S.-Iran talks will begin today in Oman, focusing on de-escalation and Iran's nuclear program.

The third round of talks between the United States and Iran, aimed at de-escalating tensions and addressing Iran's nuclear program, began today, Saturday, April 26 in Muscat, the capital of Oman.

The U.S. State Department has confirmed that Michael Anton, the Department's Policy Planning Director, will lead the U.S. technical delegation.
