Afghanistan, May 21 -- The Return and Communications with Former Afghan Officials and Political Figures Commission has released a list of fifteen articles that include provisions for "considering temporary accommodation" and "fulfilling the legitimate demands" of Afghan political and military figures, if they return.
The articles were posted on Twitter by Inamullah Samangani, the Taliban's Deputy Spokesman, on Saturday May 21, quoting Shahabuddin Delavar, the head of the commission, who said that the "Intra-Afghan Reconciliation" plan had been considered in the past nine months.
According to Article 2 of the measure, detailed information on those who have left Afghanistan will be compiled.
