Afghanistan, Sept. 26 -- Afghanistan's ministry of foreign affairs in a statement said that the Kabul International Airport is fully ready to host international flights and asked the foreign airlines to resume flights.

The ministry has promised to be doing all the cooperation needed in this regard as all the technical issues have been resolved.

Though the airport has been fully functional for both domestic and international flights over ten days ago, the international flights except for Pakistan, Iran, and Qatar are yet to be resumed.
