Afghanistan, Feb. 28 -- On Thursday, Germany's chief prosecutor charged a Syrian citizen in connection with a deadly knife attack at a festival in the city of Solingen last year. The suspect is accused of murder, attempted murder, and membership in ISIS.
The suspect, identified as Issa Al H., faces charges including three counts of murder, ten counts of attempted murder, and membership in a foreign terrorist organization.
