Afghanistan, April 1 -- Switzerland has opened its humanitarian office in Kabul to provide targeted aid to the people of Afghanistan facing severe distress.

The Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced the reopening of its Development and Cooperation Agency office in Kabul. On Monday, March 31, the Ministry issued a statement confirming that the office had officially reopened in mid-March. This move marks a significant step in Switzerland's renewed engagement with Afghanistan after a period of closure due to the Taliban's return to power.
