The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the Trump administration, allowing it to revoke the humanitarian parole status of over 532,000 migrants from Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, and Nicaragua. These migrants had legally entered the United States under the Biden-era CHNV program (Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, Venezuela parole), which allowed them to reside and work temporarily in the country.
