Afghanistan, March 25 -- Following a Russian missile attack on a densely populated area in the northeastern Ukrainian city of Sumy, 88 people, including 17 children, were injured.

Ukrainian authorities reported that on Monday, a Russian missile struck a residential area in Sumy, resulting in numerous civilian casualties, including several children. Emergency teams quickly arrived at the scene and transported the injured to hospitals.

This attack occurred amid ongoing ceasefire negotiations, highlighting the challenges in securing lasting peace.
